My room is really small, and after 16 years of carpet, I'd really love to put down a wooden floor. Apart from being so much easier to clean (16 years worth of mascara is A LOT for one carpet to handle) i think with the addition of rugs and nice lighting it can look really chic and cosy. I've always been a fan of blues and greens so its lucky for me that they are among the colours dulex forecasted for 2015/16. I'm still a big lover of the scandi interior trend that was massive last year, so i'd like to incorporate that style into my room too. I just want somewhere that's really cosy and my little space. I do love my room but i went through a stage of 'lets stick everything i see on my walls' and now blue tack is adorning my walls like dots on a dalmation. It just looks shabby, and this kind of style could really give it a lift and make it a room that i can happily sit in for hours.
