LIP TREND: 90'S REVIVAL
I'm a massive lipstick person and I love experimenting with different shades and colours. This Autumn/Winter the Makeup scene has seen a massive trend in the form of brown lipstick. Brown isn't normally a colour I'd go for as I think it can look quite old fashioned, but after seeing some of the different ways to wear this colour I think I'd like to give it a go.
I had a look around some of my favourite makeup brands to see how they're working with this trend and i found some really lovely shades. My favourite is probably the Mac lipstick as its pretty dark with a reddish tinge, which is something i feel works well with my pale skin tone. This trend really is so versatile, there are loads of different shades available from light to dark which means its a colour that can suit everyone. For daytime, a lighter more natural shade would be more wearable, and in nighttime the darker shades would look really effective.
