One of the things to look out for this February is Givenchy's return to couture with a collection of perfume fragranced cocktails, launched by The Hotel Cafe Royal in London. The cocktails have been inspired by seven Givenchy perfumes and will have "unique personality and taste, reflecting the key perfume notes which are unique, universal, and distinguished". The perfume Oud Flamboyant is made with a blend of Japanese whisky and mandarin juice. The one that tickles my fancy the most is the Chypre Caresse, with a mix of gin, jasmine, and honey. Although the idea of a perfume flavoured cocktail seems fairly risky, I definitely won't be afraid to try it!
